Job Title: SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Consultant

Location: PAN India

Role Summary

Responsible for implementing and operating SAP Focused Run (FRUN) to enable centralized monitoring, alerting, and proactive operations across SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, and interfaces), ensuring system stability and early issue detection.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform FRUN setup and Managed System Configuration (ABAP, Java, HANA).
- Maintain LMDB/SLD synchronization and system onboarding.

- Configure and manage
- System Monitoring (Host, DB, Application).
- Integration Monitoring (RFC, IDoc, PI/PO, CPI).
- Exception Monitoring (Dumps, Logs, Errors).




- Job Monitoring (Critical Background Jobs).
- Define alert thresholds, notifications, and escalation models.
- Integrate alerts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance monitoring.
- Develop monitoring templates, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and steady-state operations.
- Collaborate with BASIS, Infrastructure, DB, and Functional teams.
