The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Consultant combining robust technical development skills with functional knowledge across Sales and Service processes.
You will be responsible for developing, configuring and supporting SAP C4C solutions, working across integrations with SAP S/4HANA and wider business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP C4C Sales and Service functionality.
- Develop custom solutions using Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI), ABSL and BODL.
- Build custom business objects, extensions, validations and workflows.
- Support integrations between C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Work with OData and SOAP APIs, master data replication and ID mapping.
- Support data migration, testing, UAT and deployment.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements.
Requirements
- 5 years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on SAP C4C experience.
- Proven technical experience with SDK/PDI, ABSL, BODL and custom development.
- Functional knowledge of C4C Sales and/or Service.
- Experience integrating C4C with SAP ERP or S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Suite and OData or SOAP services.
- Experience with master data replication and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2, relevant SAP certifications and industry experience in automotive, retail or financial services.
