Job Title: SAP Basis Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Lead to join our team and take charge of managing and overseeing our SAP environment from a Basis perspective. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP Basis, including S/4HANA, Should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a team and independently deliver high-quality work. This role requires a proactive professional capable of quickly adapting to an evolving landscape and resolving both known and unknown issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of SAP Basis professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the management and administration of the SAP setting, focusing on S/4HANA with RISE.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in SAP Basis, staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Independently investigate Basis issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Apply deep knowledge of SAP Basis to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes, procedures, and solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve system performance, security, and overall efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-14 years of experience in SAP Basis, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality work.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, including RISE.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and an evolving SAP landscape.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
