- Domain Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security (5 years) in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Extensive experience in Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM). Strong knowledge of User Provisioning, Role Management, Access Governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.

Experience in analyzing and maintaining SAP business roles, authorization concepts, and access controls. Ability to perform technical impact assessments for enhancements, change requests, and transformation initiatives.

Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle management processes.

Experience in preparing high-quality functional and technical specifications. Good understanding of compliance, audit, and cybersecurity requirements related to SAP access management. Technical, Tools Knowledge and Soft Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development including Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDoc, and Workflow developments. Ability to develop and support SAP GRC custom developments, automation solutions, and integrations.

Experience in developing interfaces between SAP GRC and external systems such as Snowflake, IAM, or HR platforms. Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow configuration and approval process design.

Experience in supporting user provisioning, access requests, role assignments, and deprovisioning processes.



Ability to work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, Security Teams, Cybersecurity Teams, and Business Stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in writing and maintaining technical, functional, and configuration documentation. Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned developments and enhancements.

ABAP Debugging and Performance Optimization experience is highly recommended. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Snowflake to SAP GRC onboarding/offboarding integrations. Exposure to SAP Identity Management (IDM), SAP Cloud Identity Services, or SAP IAG.

Experience in automation and digital transformation programs related to access governance.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Security and Authorization concepts. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.

Experience working in global support, enhancement, and transformation projects. Exposure to cybersecurity governance and compliance frameworks.
