Role Description The Saloon Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for identifying and approaching salon businesses, demonstrating Yogic Software solutions, and explaining how they can secure investments and improve operations.

The Saloon Sales

Executive will manage relationships with salon owners and managers, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales while meeting assigned targets. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for onboarding, training salon staff on product usage, collecting feedback,



and preparing regular sales reports and market insights.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals with retail and salon clients.
- Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering consistent support.
- Basic understanding of software or SaaS solutions, with the ability to explain product features and advantages clearly to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with confident in-person interaction.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets within the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- Prior experience in salon, beauty, retail, or FMCG sales is highly desirable.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
