Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in software testing and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), formerly known as Pardot.

The candidate should have experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications, particularly marketing automation workflows, lead management, email campaigns, and Salesforce–Pardot integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) functionalities, including lead management, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation rules.
- Validate lead scoring, grading, segmentation, and engagement programs.
- Test integration between Salesforce CRM and Pardot/MCAE, including data synchronization and field mapping.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, track, and report defects.
- Validate marketing automation workflows,



prospect activities, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure application quality.
- Perform API and database testing wherever required.

Mandatory Skills
1. Salesforce Application Testing.
2. Hands-on experience with MCAE / Pardot.
3. Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing.
4. Salesforce–Pardot Integration and Data Synchronization.
5. Marketing Automation Testing (Email Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Forms, Landing Pages, and Automation Workflows).

Good-to-Have Skills
- API testing using Postman.
- SQL/database testing.
- Automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Jira or other defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of overall QA/testing experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in Salesforce QA.
- Practical experience with MCAE/Pardot is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of marketing automation processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
