About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Trainees to join our team and help us promote and sell cybersecurity products and solutions to businesses and individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote and sell cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Compensation & Commission Structure First 3 Months – Commission-Based Training Period

- Starting commission: 15% on sales generated.
- Commission can increase up to 30% , depending on sales performance and targets achieved.





- Earnings will be directly linked to sales performance.

After Successful Completion of 3 Months

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 .

- Final salary will depend on individual performance, sales achievements, and overall contribution during the initial 3 months.
