Role: Sales Team Leader (Domestic & International Process)

Experience: Min. 1 year experience as Team lead on papers (Any sales process)

Salary: 4.5 - 5.5 LPA (depends on Last drawn and process)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off

Location: Sector 20, Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Sales executives in a domestic/International voice process.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets and quality standards.
- Handle customer escalations and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Job Requirements

- Min 1 year of on paper Sales TL experience, including team-handling experience.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage targets and team performance.
