If you really want to make a difference - make it with usWe are seeking a highly skilled Steam Turbine BOP Engineer with deep expertise in mechanical auxiliary systems to lead costing, technical specifications, and bid management for existing installed fleet (Siemens & OOEM fleet), revamps, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with lube oil systems, control oil systems, gearboxes, heat exchangers, condensers, pumps, valves, and piping networks associated with steam turbines.

You will be responsible for developing competitive bids, optimizing BOP scope, and ensuring technical compliance for installed fleet and retrofit projects.

Snapshot of your day Responsible for driving after-sales service business for Industrial Steam Turbines through proactive identification of service opportunities, preparation of techno-commercial offers for spare parts, repairs, and overhauls, and ensuring timely order execution. The role requires strong technical understanding of steam turbines, close coordination with cross-functional teams, and regular customer engagement to deliver responsive service support and maximize customer satisfaction. Travel may be required based on business needs.

How you'll make an impact

- This role is for the after-sales Service of Industrial Steam Turbines that includes preparing the offers for sales of Spare Parts, overhauling and Repair and further support in order processing & delivery.
- Proactively look for the new inquiries in Sales-Force database for new Service opportunities on a regular basis. Keep track of the upcoming turbine overhauls and promptly create offers for the spare parts and repairs.




- Collaborate with the Sales managers, PM, OM, Engineering and Field Service teams in order to prepare competitive offers.
- Should keep strong focus on “Quotation Response Time” and ensure very quick submission of the offers to customers.
- Timely book the orders and keep track of the order processing and delivery commitments.
- Should be well versed with Industrial Steam Turbines product portfolio and have good technical understanding of the technology.
- Stay closely connected with the customers and provide extensive support to the customers on a regular basis.
- Travel on need basis.

What you bring

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute
- Should possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Steam Turbines
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of contracts.
