Our first product, NeoSoil, is a rapid, chemical-free soil testing solution using NIR Spectroscopy and Machine Learning models. We realize that a standalone product won’t solve all the on-ground problems and thus, we developed an end-to-end service to deliver the real value of soil testing and soil health data to our partners.

Currently, we are helping farmers to improve their crop yields through timely, reliable and affordable access to their soil health data using our end-to-end soil testing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Cold Outreach & Lead Generation: Execute targeted cold-outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and messaging channels to connect with prospective B2B clients (agri-enterprises, fertilizer companies, FPOs, and input manufacturers).
- Prospecting & Database Building: Research and map target agricultural markets to identify key decision-makers (Agronomists, Procurement Heads, Sustainability Leads) and build high-quality outreach lists.
- Outreach Sequence Execution: Manage and run structured daily outreach cadences, follow-up sequences, and initial touchpoints to spark conversations and secure introductory meetings.
- Response Management: Handle incoming replies from prospective partners,



address basic initial queries about our soil testing technology, and route qualified leads to the core sales team.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion tracking) using CRM tools or spreadsheets and compile regular performance updates.
- Messaging Optimization: Experiment with different email subject lines, pitch hooks, and value proposition drafts to continuously improve outreach conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing teams to align messaging with ongoing pilot campaigns and regional outreach drives.

Required Skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling, professional cold emails and outreach messages.
- High energy, persistence, and resilience with a strong drive to initiate conversations and meet daily outreach targets.
- Basic understanding of professional networking etiquette, email deliverability best practices, and B2B sales funnels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle large volumes of outreach lists and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs) for managing lead databases and logs.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in startups, outreach strategy, and agritech.
