Role Description The Sales Officer – Tile Adhesives is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves promoting and selling tile adhesive products to contractors, builders, retailers, and other channel partners, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting customers with technical and commercial information.

The Sales

Officer will manage sales operations activities such as order follow-up, reporting,



and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to help improve product positioning and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and provide effective support.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations for managing pipelines, tracking orders, and meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability in Channel Sales, including working with distributors, dealers, and retail partners in building materials or related sectors.
- Knowledge of tile adhesives, construction materials, or allied products, with the ability to explain technical features and benefits.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in building materials or construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Capability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel locally within Hyderabad and nearby regions as required.
