Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, customer references, and direct interactions.

- Promote and sell Toyota passenger vehicles to prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.

- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Attend customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate sales events.

- Coordinate with the showroom, finance, and insurance teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and lead follow-up records.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Any degree or equivalent qualification.

- 14 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the four-wheeler segment.

- Candidates with experience in premium automobile brands will be preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to travel within assigned locations and handle field sales activities.

- Basic knowledge of automobile products, financing, and insurance.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.

- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving licence.

- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
