Responsibilities Promote gold loan products to prospective customers. Identify and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets. Explain gold loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business. Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.

Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.

Candidate 1 Robust sales aptitude and customer-handling profile.
