About the Role

Crop Life Science Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers with experience in agrochemical sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, promoting crop protection products, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned territory.

Promote and sell agrochemical products, including pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and plant growth regulators.

Conduct regular market visits, farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.

Monitor competitor activities, product pricing, and market trends.

Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.

Provide regular market feedback and competitor updates to management.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in agrochemical, pesticide, fertilizer, or agricultural input sales.

Strong knowledge of crop protection products and agricultural practices.

Experience in dealer and distributor management.

Good understanding of local agricultural markets and distribution networks.

Ability to conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations.

Robust sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or a relevant discipline.

B.Sc. Agriculture candidates will be preferred.

Language Requirements

Knowledge of the local language of the assigned territory is mandatory.

Hindi and English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

Two-wheeler ownership will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from agrochemical, pesticide, fertilizer, and crop protection companies.

Experience handling dealer/distributor networks and farmer engagement.

Knowledge of Maharashtra or Gujarat agricultural markets.
