Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals for the Newspaper Circulation Sales & Collection function. The candidate will be responsible for managing newspaper circulation through vendors and dealers, developing business opportunities, strengthening the distribution network and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage newspaper sales and circulation through vendors, dealers and distribution partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the newspaper distribution network.
- Drive circulation growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from vendors and dealers.
- Monitor vendor and dealer performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage trade activities and ensure smooth distribution operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective circulation and collection operations.
- Prepare sales, circulation and collection reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate; Marketing qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Candidates from Media, FMCG, Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare or other field-sales-driven industries are preferred.
- Experience in distributor / dealer management, collections and business development will be an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in spoken Kannada.
Important Job Requirement
- Candidates must be comfortable working in early morning hours.
- Working hours will start from 5:00 AM.
- Candidates should be willing to undertake regular field visits and market travel.
