Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat & Delhi Office, responsible for supporting sales growth and marketing initiatives for Digistik’s label printing services. This role involves coordinating sales activities, tracking leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and supporting brand visibility across online and offline channels.





Daily tasks include collaborating with sales representatives, communicating with clients, drafting marketing content, and ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, prepare proposals, and create clear marketing content.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and basic sales reporting.
- Experience with Event Planning, including coordinating promotional activities, trade shows, or local brand events.
- Solid Project Management abilities to organize campaigns, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
