Role Description The Sales & Marketing Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore Urban. In this position, the associate will engage prospective and existing customers through calls, meetings, and online demos to promote Flowy’s HRMS solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, supporting sales pitches, following up on inquiries, and assisting in closing deals in collaboration with the sales team.

The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, creating and sharing basic sales and marketing content, gathering market and customer insights, and providing post-sale support in partnership with the customer success and training teams.



The associate will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure consistent messaging, strong customer relationships, and steady pipeline growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service and client-facing skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Core Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to manage leads, support presentations, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Training skills to assist in basic product walkthroughs, user onboarding, and knowledge-sharing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and learn product features quickly.
- Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and online meeting platforms; experience in SaaS or HR tech is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
