WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER (RETAIL FURNITURE INDUSTRY)

Industry: Furniture / Retail Showroom

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement and operations teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve sales conversions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Experience in the furniture / home furnishing industry is preferred.




- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs and showroom operations.
- Ability to drive team performance and business growth.

Preferred: Immediate joiners with relevant furniture retail experience. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
