Signature Dwellings is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our site sales team. If you have a strong real estate sales record and enjoy turning prospects into happy homeowners, we’d like to hear from you.
? Location: Site Sales Office, Chandapura, Bengaluru
? Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
? Experience: 7 - 12 years
? Reporting to: Head - Sales
What you’ll do
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into bookings
- Conduct site visits and present project offerings to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate recent business through networking and channel partners
- Maintain customer and sales activities using CRM tools
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve monthly targets
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking.

- Proven experience in sales and in real estate
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to independently manage leads and close sales
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
