About the Role:

Kissht Finance is hiring a Sales Manager to grow Personal Loan business through DSA partners. You will onboard and manage DSAs and channel partners, and drive logins and disbursements in your city.

What Youll Do:

- Drive personal loan sourcing and disbursements through DSA partners
- Onboard and activate new DSAs and channel partners
- Build strong relationships with existing partners
- Ensure file quality and compliance with credit and KYC norms
- Track daily logins,



approvals and disbursements

What Were Looking For:

- 2+ years of DSA Personal Loan sales experience
- Background in banking, NBFC or retail lending preferred
- Proven record of meeting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work

Qualification: Graduate in any stream Notice Period: [Up to 30 days]
