- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify current B2B customers, including jewellery retailers and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
- Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and management teams for smooth order execution.
- Experience in B2B sales, jewellery retail/wholesale networks, and customer relationship management is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
