Experience: 1+ Years in Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead , mentor and manage the sales team
- Set a monthly sales target and drive the team to achieve them
- Generate and convert new business leads
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Develop long term client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular follow-ups and sales review meetings
- Prepare sales reports and update management on progress
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance
Requirements:
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in sales/business development
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
