Job Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Preferred Industry: Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, Luggage & Travel Bags, or related retail industries.
- Skills: Good communication, customer handling, product demonstration, negotiation, and sales skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for American Tourister products.
- Promote and sell luggage, backpacks, travel bags, and other brand products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
- Explain product features, quality, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.




- Ensure proper display and branding of products at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers for order booking, stock availability, and timely delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and updates on business performance.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities, wherever required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good market knowledge and retail sales experience.
- Ability to independently manage assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
