Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to promote and sell industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, motors, pumps, and related products. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Promote and sell mechanical products, industrial machinery, motors, pumps, and equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular follow-up records.

Required Skills
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of mechanical products, machinery, motors, pumps, or industrial equipment.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain product benefits to customers.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- A valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, machinery sales, or B2B sales.
- Experience handling industrial clients, dealers, distributors, or manufacturers.

Salary Negotiable based on qualification and experience, with performance-based incentives.
