Role overview

Splashjet Inkjet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive – Exports (USA) to develop customer relationships and grow export sales in the US market. The role suits a persistent, customer-focused qualified who can understand customer needs, explain suitable technical products, and maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM records.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and engage prospective customers in the USA through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads through consultative conversations and needs analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers; follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
- Explain product features and coordinate with internal technical teams when detailed product or application support is required.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, call notes, customer details, next steps and opportunity status.
- Prepare and share information or quotations in line with approved pricing and company processes.
- Meet agreed activity, follow-up, pipeline and sales targets while maintaining professional customer communication.
- Work night shifts to maintain at least 6–7 hours of overlap with US business hours; attend occasional Nagpur visits for training.

Candidate requirements





- 3–7 years of sales experience; prior exposure to the US market is preferred.
- Experience in inside sales, international voice processes, BPO sales or customer-facing sales roles is relevant.
- Technical background is preferred; experience selling technical products or conducting needs analysis is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, perseverance and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, customer follow-up and handling objections professionally.
- System-driven approach with accurate reporting and CRM entries.
- Honesty and integrity are non-negotiable.
- Ability to work night shifts with 6–7 hours’ minimum overlap with US time and work from home, with occasional Nagpur training visits.
