We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Identify and approach interior designers, architects, event agencies, furniture manufacturers and contractors.
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other business development channels.
- Build a strong database of potential customers.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Understand customer requirements and explain our CNC and laser cutting services.
- Generate enquiries and share quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate with the production team.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase company revenue.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and customer interactions.
1. Reporting & Target Achievement
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Track leads, enquiries and order conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and approaching new clients.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, field sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
