Required Skills

-  Solid communication, coordination, follow-up and customer-handling skills
-  Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email
-  Basic knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, MCC, PCC, APFC and related products
-  Ability to prepare quotations, sales documents and reports
-  Coordination with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams
-  Good organizational skills with attention to detail
-  ERP/CRM knowledge will be an advantage

Summary We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, documentation and internal coordination. The candidate should be organized, proactive and have a basic understanding of electrical panel manufacturing and industrial electrical products.

Description

-  Handle and track customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
-  Prepare quotations, commercial offers and sales-related documentation.
-  Coordinate with customers for technical/commercial clarifications and order requirements.
-  Follow up on quotations,



orders, payments and delivery schedules.
-  Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch for timely order execution.
-  Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer communications.
-  Prepare sales reports, order status reports and MIS.
-  Ensure proper documentation of POs, drawings, specifications and project information
-  Support the sales team in customer communication and day-to-day sales activities.
-  Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely responses to requirements.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, sales support or a similar role, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear, EPC or industrial electrical products. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered
