- Prior experience in client servicing, sales or event operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Handle client enquiries and build robust client relationships.
- Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, teams and event partners.
- Assist in event planning, scheduling and execution.
- Manage client follow-ups and ensure smooth operations.
