We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead our West Africa division in the air compressor industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, and after-sales service management within the industrial air compressor sector. This role will involve managing sales teams, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing service operations across Ghana and West African markets.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in West Africa.

· Identify and build relationships with key customers in mining, cement, oil & gas, manufacturing, food processing, and construction sectors.

· Establish and strengthen partnerships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.

· Lead negotiations and finalize high-value contracts with industrial customers and government agencies.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.



The training of technicians on all field service-related process improvements.

· Set sales targets and drive performance to achieve revenue goals.

· Develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning to stay competitive.

· Implement KPIs and performance monitoring systems for the sales and service teams.

· Oversee after-sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through productive troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

· Develop maintenance contracts and service programs to increase customer retention.

· Manage a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality support.

· Ensure spare parts availability and optimize inventory management to minimize downtime.

· Provide training for customers and dealers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety best practices.

· 10-15 years of experience in sales and service management for air compressors.

· Qualification: BE Mechanical from a reputed University.

· Strong knowledge of compressor brands (Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Kaeser, etc.).

· Current Experience in Africa or Middle East with an understanding of local business practices and regulatory requirements.

· Proven track record of managing multi-country sales and service operations.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Technical knowledge of reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, and portable air compressors.

· Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa.

· Strong written and spoken English (French is an added advantage).
