Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, site visits, and client meetings, and managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promote projects through digital and offline channels, and support brand visibility initiatives such as events and customer outreach programs.

Daily activities include responding to customer queries, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and pricing updates, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.



The role also includes educating potential buyers about project features, financing options, and documentation requirements, while ensuring a professional, customer-centric experience at all times.

Qualifications
