Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for onboarding restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and food outlets onto our food delivery platform. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential restaurant partners, visiting outlets, pitching our business model, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully completing the restaurant onboarding process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify and approach potential restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet restaurant owners and decision-makers.

1. Sales & Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.

1. Menu & Documentation Management

- Collect restaurant details, menus, pricing, license, and required documents.
- Coordinate menu digitization, pricing updates, and restaurant profile creation.




- Ensure accurate information is uploaded to the platform.

1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

- Identify potential restaurant clusters and high-demand food outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, commission structures, and promotional offers.

1. Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain daily visit plans and sales activity reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and successfully onboarded restaurants.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in restaurant sales, food delivery, or FMCG will be an advantage.
- Solid negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct regular field visits.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and smartphone applications.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
