Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day go-to-market activities, including researching target accounts, assisting in outbound and inbound sales efforts, and helping prepare presentations and outreach materials. The intern will contribute to basic marketing tasks such as drafting email campaigns, supporting social media and content initiatives, and collecting performance data from sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with the customer-facing team, documenting interactions,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM and related tools. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mumbai with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and prospective customers.
- Customer Service orientation with an ability to understand client needs and support account-related activities.
- Interest in Sales and lead generation, with the ability to assist in prospecting and follow-up.
- Ability to support Training and Sales Management tasks such as preparing materials and organizing sessions.
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or willingness to learn quickly in a technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
