KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new leads through hospital visits, cold calling, networking, digital channels, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, doctors, and procurement teams.
- Identify new markets, customers, products, and business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical/service teams when required.
- Monitor sales pipeline, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Track competitor products, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with purchase, operations, finance, logistics, and service departments to ensure smooth order execution.




- Handle negotiations and support customer retention and repeat business.

ELIGIBILITY

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- 1-2 years experience in medical equipment, healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Robust sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for hospital/customer visits.
- Must have a two wheeler with valid license
