Role Description This Sales and Marketing Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work model, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support sales outreach, assist in onboarding and nurturing franchise leads, and help maintain relationships with prospective and existing partners. Daily tasks include coordinating with franchise clients, gathering market and customer insights, preparing sales and marketing reports, and supporting customer service activities.

The intern will assist in executing promotional campaigns, participate in training sessions for franchise partners,



and collaborate with the sales management team to optimize communication and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with franchise partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales presentations.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills to support training activities and help organize sales processes and documentation.
- Strong analytical and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a rapid-paced retail setting.
- Interest in retail, FMCG, franchise operations, or supply chain management; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
