Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the agency’s growth by assisting in client outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, helping prepare sales presentations, coordinating with the creative team to align marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The intern will also assist with basic customer service tasks, contribute ideas for marketing campaigns,



and participate in on-the-job training related to sales processes and tools.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead handling and client relationship development.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn sales techniques and marketing practices.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media, and branding; familiarity with design or creative services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
