We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products, including frames, sunglasses and lenses.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, order processing and product demonstrations.
- Maintain store displays, product arrangements and visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory management and daily store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales / Customer Service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Presentable, confident and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
