JOB OBJECTIVE To manage day-to-day real estate construction site safety, implement mandatory health and safety standards, manage worker safety protocols, and ensure a safe, hazard-free work workplace across all stages of project execution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site Safety Execution: Supervise ongoing construction activities (excavation, RCC work, masonry, plastering, scaffolding, and exterior work) to enforce safety compliance.
- Labor Safety & Briefings: Conduct daily morning Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety inductions for site labour and workers regarding safe handling of machinery and tools.
- PPE Enforcement: Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (helmets, safety harnesses, boots, jackets, gloves) across all workers on site.
- Hazard & Height Safety: Inspect scaffolding, shuttering, edge protection, staging, and electrical connections to prevent falls and site mishaps.
- Audits & Documentation: Maintain site safety logs, record near-miss incidents, prepare daily safety observation reports, and report directly to the Site Manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Diploma in Fire & Industrial Safety.
- Certification: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated safety experience on real estate construction sites.
- Location: Must reside in Navi Mumbai (or near Panvel site).
