Key Responsibilities
Manage guest RSVP processes, confirmations and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate guest databases and attendance trackers.
Coordinate with clients, guests, vendors and internal teams.
Handle event registrations, guest queries and on-ground coordination.
Ensure smooth execution of event operations and guest management.
Prepare reports and provide regular RSVP updates to the team.
Requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Solid organisational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Prior experience in events, hospitality or guest relations preferred.
