We are looking for a polite, energetic and hardworking Bellboy / Room Attendant to assist hotel guests and provide excellent hospitality services. The candidate should ensure guest comfort, maintain cleanliness and support smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bellboy Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their respective rooms.
- Explain room facilities and hotel services to guests.
- Deliver guest luggage, parcels and messages to rooms.
- Assist guests with transportation and other basic requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the luggage area.
Room Attendant Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Change bed linen, towels and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are clean, hygienic and well-maintained.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Follow hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
Skills & Requirements
