We are looking for an experienced RMC Plant Operator to operate and monitor Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant machinery. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of concrete production, machine operations, raw material handling, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor RMC batching plant machinery.
- Control the batching process and ensure accurate mixing of concrete.
- Handle the batching control panel and monitor machine operations.
- Monitor raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and water.
- Ensure the correct mix ratio as per production requirements.
- Monitor concrete production quality and consistency.
- Identify machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain daily production records and machine operation reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and uninterrupted production.
Required Skills
- Experience in operating RMC batching plants.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and batching processes.
- Ability to operate automated and semi-automated batching systems.
- Knowledge of raw materials used in concrete production.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Ability to monitor production and maintain records.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in RMC plant operations is preferred.
