We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on restaurant service experience, and the ability to maintain high standards of food service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

- Lead, guide, and motivate restaurant service staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.

- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

- Manage staff duty allocation, shift schedules, and attendance.

- Conduct briefings and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.

- Monitor table arrangements, restaurant setup, and service readiness.

- Ensure proper handling of orders, billing, and guest requests.





- Monitor service quality and take corrective action whenever required.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

- Previous experience in restaurant operations or food and beverage service.

- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive team management and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
