Passcode Hospitality is Hiring for Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager for Bucatina (Pre - Opening) Restaurant, Kalyani Nagar - Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and operational requirements.
- Monitor food quality, service standards and restaurant hygiene.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery.
- Control operational costs, inventory and wastage.
- Drive revenue through upselling and effective restaurant management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Candidate Profile:





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B; service standards.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced setting.
