Ways of Working Office / Field

Employees are expected to work from the office on all days, from their respective base locations.

Role Summary The role holder is expected to onboard and build relationships with 7080 partner accounts in the assigned territory, grow business and service offerings, and generate 8090 lakh in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) per month. The exact number of partners and revenue targets will depend on the India 1 / India 2 market and the specific geography assigned.

Responsibilities

Account & Partner Relationship Management

- Onboard new accounts by explaining requirements to partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Meet existing partners periodically and ensure Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is accurate and image coverage is high.
- Present the benefits of plans and promotions persuasively to drive month-on-month growth and ensure consistent partner investment.
- Execute growth initiatives, including offer alignment and marketing operations alignment, to ensure timely go-live of events and activities.
- Resolve issues such as diner denied payout and ensure seamless transactions for customers and partners at restaurants.
- Prepare growth plans for each managed account and gather competitor insights.

Data Interpretation & Business Performance Management

- Extract relevant data from the restaurant-facing dashboard and explain key performance metrics to partners.
- Seek necessary partner support and actions to ensure the right RDP presentation, improve conversions, and grow the business.
- Track partner investments in competing platforms through point-of-sale observations and conversations with partners, competition sales teams, delivery personnel, and other sources.
- Ensure partner investments are equal to or higher than those of competitors in discounts, commissions, and advertisements by highlighting dashboard insights and explaining potential gains.

Interaction with Stakeholders





- Coordinate with Partner Support on discount changes, Restaurant Display Page updates, and related matters.
- Work with Sales Operations on competitor comparison data, festival campaigns, and ongoing activities.
- Coordinate with Finance on payout reconciliation, GST queries, and amounts not credited to partner accounts.

Functional Competencies

- Understand offerings and key business growth levers.
- Understand basic metrics such as restaurant operating hours, Ads Revenue per Order (Ads RPO), Commission Revenue per Order, and its components, including Average Order Value (AOV).
- Understand data dashboards and tools such as CMS, Power BI, Compass, and Salesmate.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of the conversion funnel and week-wise, month-wise, and day-wise transactions across accounts, denial rates, supply metrics, and competitor performance.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

- Graduate Freshers or Experienced with 1.53 years of field sales experience.
- Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels.
- Confident, personable, and results-oriented (go-getter”) personality.
- Effective communication skills and a strong aptitude and attitude for sales.
- Team player who can collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel skills.
- Adaptable to work around restaurant owners’ schedules, which may not follow standard 9-to-5 hours.
- Leadership and influencing skills: build and leverage a wide network of internal and external contacts at all levels, and achieve results through a well-planned approach.
- Initiative and flexibility: adapt to change, implement appropriate solutions, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and success.
