- Take complete ownership of the end-to-end rental business of Mech On Site Pvt. Ltd.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the machinery rental vertical.
- Drive customer acquisition, identify new business opportunities, and onboard key clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with machinery owners, rental vendors, contractors, infrastructure companies, and customers.
- Lead end-to-end rental operations, including machinery sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deployment, utilisation, and return.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental rates, service agreements, and long-term contracts.
- Identify and onboard new machinery vendors to strengthen the company's rental network.
- Ensure timely equipment availability and deployment as per customer and project requirements. •
