We are seeking a D365 Finance Functional Analyst to join a cross-functional Business and IT Transformation Team supporting a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. This person will be a hands-on functional resource responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing D365 Finance, with a heavy emphasis on General Ledger (GL) configuration and Financial Dimensions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly within D365 to configure functionality, troubleshoot issues, support go-live activities, and help the Finance team transition from multiple legacy ERP systems.

This is not a role for someone who has only managed D365 projects or directed other resources. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, work directly in the system, and complete the configuration themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) within an enterprise ERP setting.

• Own hands-on configuration and support across the core Finance modules: o General Ledger (GL) o Accounts Payable (AP) o Accounts Receivable (AR) o Cash and Bank Management • Set up and maintain GL accounts, account structures, subledgers, posting configurations, and Financial Dimensions.

• Configure Financial Dimensions to support areas such as budgeting, operations, sales, purchasing, and financial reporting.

• Ensure appropriate configurations are in place to support Finance processes within the live D365 environment.





• Configure and support bank accounts, bank reconciliations, payment journals, purchasing transactions, receipts, and payments.

Skills and Requirements

- D365 Finance & Operations experience • Strong hands-on configuration experience across GL, Subledger, etc. • Hands on experience with setting up accounts and financial dimensions • Experience with financial dimensions • Need to have hands on configuration experience with the following modules: o Cash & banking, GL, AR and AP • D365 Finance implementation experience • Experience with financial reporter or management reporter
