- Storage of Rural biomass; a typical warehouse will be a 10,000 MT facility on approx. 8-10 acre land
- Supply Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for location identification, initial set up and operations management of the warehouses across multiple locations as required by the organizations
- Travel to customer site to troubleshoot, maintain and deploy various warehouse assets.
- Ensuring warehouse operations at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and monitoring operations goals with predefined SOPs.
- Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals
- Maintain a safe, healthy work workplace by establishing and enforcing Biofuelcircle standards and procedures. Maintaining proper records.
- Inspecting tools,
warehouse machines regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary to avoid any operational losses
Preferred candidate profile Understand Warehouse processes. Developing and implementing warehouse process and procedures
- Knowledge, managing of warehouse assets and also maintaining warehouse layout for optimum space utilization
- Managing and optimizing inventory and having supply chain logistics knowledge People Management
- Ensuring compliance / creating safe working environment.
- Coordination with other department for procurement and transportation of commodities to fulfil orders
- Communication should be strong- awareness of location language. Relay communication between management and ground staff
