Position: Regional LITIGATION Manager

Location: Vijayawada

Age: below 40yrs

Exp: Min 10yrs in LITIGATIONS and managing legal for the Region

Products: HL /LAP

Educational Qualification: LLB Law / LLM.

Experience

- Candidate should have done LLB degree from a reputed college, having 10-15 years experience with at least 6-7 years with a reputed Banking & NBFC industry or a reputed Law Firm.

Preference will be given to Banking & NBFC industry candidates .

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervisory Role Handling a team of Cluster Legal Managers Litigation and managing legal for the Region

- Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure smooth functioning
- Initiate legal action for 60+ Delinquent Cases
- Initiate and follow up on Sarfaesi, Execution Petition,



Cheque bounce cases etc.
- Visit customers on all High PoS 90+ Cases and normalize them through proper execution of legal tools in accordance with monthly recovery targets
- Empanelment and Management of Legal Vendors
- Responsible for routine legal to ensure compliance with Company's policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations
- Sound knowledge of drafting, vetting, all types of agreements, (including lease, leave & license) and other documents;
- Well Conversant with Litigation and Legal Process
- Visiting Police Stations to resolve issues
- Handle cases filed against the company / issue reply to notices received.
