- Experience: 2+ years in HR
- Healthcare HR/Recruitment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Good stakeholder management and employee coordination skills
- Ability to handle HR activities independently
