The Regional Head serves as the senior executive overseeing regional operations, institutional relationships, and government skill development initiatives. This role spearheads regional expansion across universities, engineering colleges, and state skill development agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional implementation strategies and operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and supervise Project Leads, Project Managers and other field teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government departments, industry partners, employers and training institutions.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, utilization and operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational challenges and provide guidance to project teams.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation and utilization statements.
