Mankind Pharma is hiring Regional Business Managers (Second Line Managers) for its Gynaecology segment across the HQs listed above.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Area Business Managers (FLMs) and their MRs across the region.

- Own the region's sales targets, business plan and budget.

- Develop FLMs through coaching, joint field work and performance reviews, and hire and retain talent.
- Drive engagement with key gynaecologists and opinion leaders, CMEs and new launches.

- Track the market, competition and stockist health across the region.

- Make sure the team follows CRM reporting and company policies.

Requirements:

- Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred); MBA is a plus

- 58 years in pharma field sales, with proven experience managing a team as an FLM

- Gynae / women's health experience preferred

- Robust leadership, planning and communication skills
